• Championship Events Stipend of $100 to attend a regional, national, or world championships hosted by RRCA or USATF
• Team competitions (Light Horse Track Club- DMR, team track races, USATF events (coming soon!)

• Tuesday Track @ 6:30AM: Howard County Community College, parking here, meet at track warmed up and ready to go at 6:30AM

• Thursdays Tempo @ 6:30AM: Lake Kittamaqundi, meet at fountain warmed up and ready to go at 6:30AM
  
• Saturday Long Run @ 7AM: Columbia Swim Center (Routes 6-20 miles)
