Clark is originally from Wisconsin and moved in April 2024 to Maryland and joined the Striders at the bagel run shortly after moving. Clark started running cross country and track in middle school and went on to win a state championship in high school in the 1600m run. He ran collegiately at Butler University and Stephen F. Austin University where he was multiple time first team all-Conference and as a team won back to back conference cross country championships in 2020 and 2021 as well as placed 13th at the 2020 NCAA cross country championships. After college, he has started to race on the roads and have run 5ks, 10ks, a half and a full marathon but prefer to run track races (1500-3k) when he can find them. Some goals he has in 2025 are to set some new PBs in the mile/3k/5k.
