Lock 2 Lock Marathon
Despite a humid morning on Saturday, Paul Hugus ran 2:52:05 at the Lock 2 Lock Marathon in Williamsport, MD to place 2nd overall and earn a Boston qualifying time.
Savage Race Maryland
Also on Saturday, Kristen Gray competed at the Savage Race mud and obstacle 10k run in Kennedyville, MD. Her 1st place finish in 1:01:42 earned her a cash prize and a savage axe.
Harrisburg Half Marathon
At the Harrisburg Half on Sunday, Jicheng (Jason) Liu ran a new PR of 1:20:52 to place 4th overall and win the masters category!
HCS Sunday Strides
The Striders kicked off the “Legends of the Fall” weekly Sunday Strides series with a 5k and 10k at Patuxent Valley Middle School. Adam Wytko took the win in the 10k by over 2 minutes, finishing in a time of 38:19.
Erie Marathon
Debbie Cohen finished the Erie Marathon with a time of 4:41:27, placing 4th in her age group (65-69).
College Park Parkrun #404
At the College Park parkrun 5k (#404), Jake Englander placed 1st overall with a time of 18:34.
