Hannah Betman finished 1st overall and brought home prize money from the Cupid’s Crush 5 Miler in Baltimore, running 30:20 on a messy and longer than 5 mile course.
Mesa Marathon
Kevin Ford ran 2:51:24 at the Mesa Marathon in Arizona, completing state #23 towards his goal to run a sub-3 hour marathon in all 50 states.
Black Canyon 100k
Also in Arizona, Jicheng (Jason) Liu took on the Black Canyon 100k. Despite not feeling his best on race day, he managed to turn in yet another strong ultramarathon finish, running 12:23:52 to place 5th in his age group (147th overall male).
