13 teams of two battled the heat and several school teams practicing at the Long Reach High School track to run the Howard County Striders 5 mile 2 person relay. Runners alternated 1/4 mile laps on the track 10 times each to reach the 5 miles. Great way to get some speedwork in. Griffin Ellinghaus and Jackson Pascarello led all teams.
