The 2024 Spring Hops 5K has been CANCELLED due to extremely low actual registrations
The Spring Hops 5K is a cross country race held at the Red Shedman Brewery. The course is similar to the Striders’ Run Through the Grapevine 8K, which is held at the same site. The scenic and challenging course loops through the grounds of the grapevines of the winery and hop yards of the brewery.
All finishers get one pour of a Red Shedman beverage and a commemorative glass.

Grab a buddy because we’re offering a team option. Teams can be composed of only two runners. Awards will be given for male – male, female – female, and male – female teams based on the combined age of the team on race day. See below for more details.

Registration & Fees
Special note for TEAM registrations:
When the first person chooses the team reg. choice they should pick Create Team, provide a team name, and pay the team fee, but they will not be prompted to select their teammate during their own registration.
Once they have finished, the 2nd person starts their own registration under the team reg. choice and gets to the team selection slide, they will choose Join Existing and enter the name to find their team. Once they take the remaining open spot on the team, their cart total for registration should drop to $0 and they can complete the registration process.
