Every Tuesday at Manor Hill Tavern, there is a BEER RUN. Meet at the Tavern by 5:30 for the group runs. Head out on the Trolley Trail for an out and back 3.7 mile course. Then return to the Tavern for a free beer and some camaraderie with your fellow runners (and the fearless leader, Amy).
