DESCRIPTION:The All Fruit Relay occurs each Memorial Day weekend at Oakland Mills Middle School. Participants consist of a team of 4 runners\, each of whom successively run one loop on the 2-mile course. The relay baton is a piece of fruit (choose wisely).

DESCRIPTION:The Sunday Strides (formerly “weekly series”) races are conducted at various locations around Howard County. Separate races ranging in distance from 1 mile to 15 kilometers are scheduled for throughout the spring\, fall\, and winter seasons. Each series culminates in the distribution of series awards. While these races emphasize participation\, we also reward performance. Some additional details: \n\n\n\nWater will be available on longer courses. \n\n\n\nAll races begin at 2pm unless otherwise noted \n\n\n\nShow up no more than 30 minutes before the race to register. \n\n\n\nRunners of all abilities and ages are welcome\, including non-Striders! \n\n\n\nSorry\, no bathroom facilities will be available 🙁 \n\n\n\nCourse finding is your responsibility! Minimal markings will be provided\, but races are on open roads or paths and there may be few or no course marshals.
